Anthony Rhondale Adams

On May 24, 1972 in Hartford, CT, God blessed Katherine Adams Robinson and Anthony Ellis with an amazing son, Anthony Rhondale Adams. He went home to be with the Lord on September 2, 2018. In 2002, Anthony married the love of his life, Juana. He was a devoted husband, a loving father to their three children, and the epitome of a family man. His smile, laugh, generosity and love will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. Anthony Rhondale Adams was a loving caring, generous man who deeply loved his family. He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents Katherine Adams Robinson (Alaric) of Windsor, CT and Anthony B. Ellis (Teresa) of Phoenix, Arizona. He also leaves his loving wife of 16 years, Juana Adams and their children Josiah, Jazmin and Alexander all of Manchester, CT; 2 sisters; Chasity Nicole Ellis of Windsor, CT and Chiquita Thomas of West Haven, CT; 1 step brother Alaric Robinson (Kimika) of Mansfield, MA; 6 uncles; Stanley Adams of East Hartford, CT, Joseph (Stephney), Carl Adams all of Windsor, CT, Michael Adams of Bowie, MD, George Ellis of Middletown, CT, and Lofton Woods of Raleigh, NC; 4 aunts; Josephine Adams of Albany, GA, Jennifer Cooper (Lawrence) of Windsor, CT; Carolyn Adams of Hartford, CT, and Valarie Nixon of Riverdale, MD. He also leaves a host of loving cousins, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Oliver Adams, Sr., Willie Grace Adams, Lorraine Ellis and Otha Ellis; and his uncle, Oliver Adams, Jr. The wake (9-10am) and funeral service (10am) will be on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Phillips Metropolitan C.M.E. Church 2500 Main Street, Hartford, CT. Interment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery, 30 Mountain Avenue., Bloomfield, CT.
